December 3rd:

Here's Thursday's inspiration and giveaway:

I love this layout by the delightful Nancy Doren, using our GENEROSITY kit.

My favorite things about this LO? I love that she's telling the truth and owning her stuff...so very 'inside-out'. The copper stickles on the title and the gold doily rub-ons are so 'generous' and over the top in their blinginess (is that a word?), and the ledger paper is so right on for taking stock of you...

Today’s giveaway -

A full sheet of Hambly's gold doily rubons and a package of Buzz and Bloom's 'tokens of affection - express yourself' 3.5" (seriously, these are huge) chipboard coins.

How can you win?

Two easy steps:

1. Stop by Scrapbooking from the Inside Out and register for our mailing list on the home page (scroll down) if you’re not already a member. If you are, you’re good to go!

2. Leave a comment on this post and tell us one way that you'd like to be MORE or LESS generous.

That’s it! We’ll announce the winner tomorrow. You have until Midnight Pacific (UTC/GMT -8) Thursday Night/Friday Morning) to leave your comment to be entered to win, although I LOVE reading everything you say even if it's after midnight...

Are you loving the kit featured above - grab yours! A $50 value on sale now for $42.95, with MORE goodies than any other club's main kit + add-on for less dough. Yum.

How this works:

This holiday season, we’re celebrating you –your heart, your emotions and your self-expression! Every weekday between now and Christmas, join us for Fa La La La Freebies - great giveaways and inspiration as we highlight some of the best emotion-based layouts we’ve seen this year. Each day you can win something special used on those pages from Scrapbooking from the Inside Out to add to your layouts, and on Christmas Day, you can win our grand prize - our exclusive January kit before it’s available to our subscribers. You’ll love it as a way to help you explore the inner holiday experience, and get ready for a great, meaningful and powerful 2010.

There’s never been a better time to join us at Scrapbooking from the Inside Out…we’ll help you every day to use your mad scrapbook skills, color, design and journaling to learn about your dreams, hopes, fears and goals and what you need to be fully expressed. With all of the feelings involved in the holiday season and the start of a new year, ‘tis the season to be scrapping! Give yourself the gift of time…at Scrapbooking from the Inside Out, it’s all about you! Explore your inner world…

Thanks for joining us...

I would love to be more generous by being able to buy the people behind me's meal, as in a drive thru. I just think this would be so much fun and hopefully someday I'll be in a spot where I can do it!

I think I am a very generous person but need to be more generous with strangers. I wish I was able to do more for people who have less than me.

I would like to help the homeless cats that live around us. It would be nice to get them all spayed and neutered.

I would like to be more generous, especially to those standing out in the cold, collecting money and food for the poor.

I'm pretty generous with my time and money when it comes to strangers in need, but I wish I could remember to be as generous to my loved ones. I would love to be more generous with the time I spend with my often neglected family.

I will strive to be LESS generous on criticisms and resentments. Life is too short to dwell on negativity. Instead, I want to be MORE generous in praise and optimism. :D

I would be kinder and nicer with what I say to others - tone of voice which would be much more generous.

I'm like to be more generous and one way would be to remember to bring something whenever I visit another...flowers, good coffee, jar of jam. Something to bring a smile to their hearts

Giving is a wonderful thing, but I need to remember to not give all of myself. Then you have nothing left.
