In 2010 I hope to soar as growing as a person. Letting myself be the best person I can be in every way - towards my family, my photography, my faith and myself.

I yearn to focus on my studies more, get back into working out on a regular basis, become more spiritual, and giving myself time for my creativity.

I yearn to soar by holding onto the inner peace that I have discovered this past year. 2009 was a huge year of change for me. I separated from my husband of twelve years (no sympathy please, it was much needed)and set out on a path of self discovery that ultimately led to one of the most difficult events in my life, which then opened doors to my soul that I am still discovering. So in 2010 I will soar with these newfound tools and a shiny new outlook on life.

What makes you feel safe? Locking the deadbolt and door lock make me feel safe and also the new fire/carbon monoxide system we had installed.
Being in my home with the people and things I love and cherish.
I feel safe knowing that my bills are all paid and there is enough enough food in the pantry.
Being with my husband (who is a big guy...nobody would want to mess with him).
When I am feeling anxious, remembering that I am never alone is what brings me back to center and makes me realize that I am always safe. "wherever you are, God is, and all is well!"
More than anything, my husband makes me feel safe, both physically and emotionally. He's strong, so most people leave him alone, but he's so supportive, which makes me comfortable with him! He is amazing.
